Born on 5 December 1956. Lawyer, admitted to the Special Roll of Court of Cassation lawyers and superior jurisdictions, and registered with the Register of Statutory Auditors. Founding partner of Anello & Partners. Expert in the financial statement issues of banks and financial companies. He was head of the legal and tax department of the banks and finance group of Arthur Andersen, where he worked from 1985 to 1994. Adjunct professor of “Banking and banking foundation legislation” at the Libera Università Mediterranea of Bari; lecturer at the IPSOA, INTERAUDIT, ISDA and LUISS specialisation schools. Director of CRESO 1 s.r.l. (SPV) and Board member of KREOS s.r.l. (Law 130/1999); appointed court expert by several Italian courts; liquidator of Fincari and member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Enasarco. Author and co-author of leading bank accounting works. Collaborates with Il Fisco, Corriere Tributario, Le Società, Gazzetta Valutaria, Dirigenza Bancaria, Italia Oggi and MF.
